The property owner wanted a covering that could withstand the high-altitude “snow zone” elements while complementing the neighborhood’s aesthetic charm. After discussing needs and budget, it was agreed that a Presidential composite roof shingle from CertainTeed was right for the property. I’ve detailed a few key points below:

• The Presidential Roof Shingle is a select type of composite shingle and requires a CertainTeed certification for correct installation. Since 2008, the Sammler Team has been trained CertainTeed Shingle Masters.

• The Presidential shingle requires specific installation knowledge to prevent leaking. The result is a gorgeous, layered roof that looks wonderful and elevates a property’s value.

• We also added skylights during installation. Sammler Roofing customizes our skylight installation so that they blend in rather than stand out from the roof’s silhouette. The skylights provide no-cost lighting into the residence.
